🎯 Your key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding & employee journey
- Manage monthly payroll & HR administration
- Contracts, leave management & employee records
- Advise management on Belgian labour regulations
- Annual reviews & development processes
- Training & skill development follow-up
- Strengthen company culture & HR initiatives
- Improve & digitalize HR processes
- Propose new employee benefits
You will start by focusing mainly on Soft HR, before gradually taking over Hard HR responsibilities.
Part-time preferred, but other arrangements possible.
🔎 What we’re looking for
- Degree in HR / management or equivalent experience
- Min. 3 years experience in HR with admin responsibilities
- Knowledge of Belgian labour law
- Strong organisational & communication skills
- Fluent French + understanding of Dutch
(Min 1 year HR / 1 year Staff Admin / 1 year Payroll)
