Mission


As part of the development of our activities in the Netherlands, MOZER is looking for a Logistics
Project Planner & Coordinator for the installation of fitness equipment for a global market leader in
its sector.
You will join an existing team of two planners responsible for Belgium, forming a trio covering the entire Benelux region.

Your main mission:
To anticipate, organize and optimize all delivery and installation projects in the Netherlands, ensuring efficiency, high-quality customer service and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Organization

  • Design and optimize transport routes,
  • Accurately estimate intervention times in continuous communication with clients,
  • Anticipate needs in trucks, equipment and workforce,
  • Work in continuous flow with our logistics partner in the Netherlands on its assigned
    activities,
  • Coordinate and support subcontractors to optimize work organization and costs.

Project Management

  • Prepare projects and structure installation plans (new clubs, refurbishments),
  • Pay particular attention to private clients and their specific requirements,
  • Ensure the necessary support and documentation to guarantee smooth deliveries and
    installations,
  • Anticipate large-scale projects and organize site surveys through our partners,
  • Organize parking permit requests with the relevant authorities,
  • Order and schedule anchoring systems, equipment, technical elements and accessories
    required for installations by the teams.

Communication & Coordination

  • Daily communication with:• Field teams (briefings prior to interventions),
    Warehouse staff (Belgium and the Netherlands),
  • Local logistics partner,
  • Weekly meeting with the contracting partner,
  • Weekly meeting with the Dutch logistics partner,
  • Consultation and use of information via client portals provided.

Monitoring & Optimization

  • Daily follow-up of field teams,
  • Post-operation verification of services and activities,
  • Optimization of invoicing,
  • Continuous search for process improvements and cost efficiency.

Profile Sought

Technical Skills

  • Excellent command of Excel,
  • Strong analytical and anticipation skills,
  • Solid understanding of logistics (transport, routing, time estimation),
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities,
  • Ability to work with digital tools and client portals,
  • Languages: Dutch mandatory, French is an asset.
