Admin support

Who are we?

Mozer Group, a family business, is looking for an admin support for our branch in Kortenberg (Brussels region). The activities of Mozer Group include the supply, removal and installation of "HIGH TECH devices" in, among others, the medical, optical and banking sectors as well as the installation of fitness equipment and charging stations for electric vehicles.

 

What are your tasks?

You are responsible for various assignments from different clients:

  • Mainly from a particular client with the organization from A to Z,
    • Services, planning, invoicing
  • Administrative support for the sales team
  • Reporting  monthly based
  • The realization of an offer on the basis of the information received by the sales representative in support
  • From the introduction of the offer in the CRM system and sending to the customer + follow-up
  • Print the roadmap and documents needed for planning/dispatch
  • Control of the purchased order and introduction  in the CRM
  • From the reservation of parking to the moves to be made and to check the requests and follow-ups of the parking permits
  • Establish averages and statistics
  • Prepare invoicing and profitability calculation
  • Respond to price requests based on contractually agreed rates.
  • Back up of other assistants

What is your profile ?

  • 3rd level of secondary education (Commerce / Office / Home and PR / Secretariat-languages) /
  • Higher vocational education Multilingual secretariat;
  • Professional Bachelor in Office Management (Management Assistant, Business Translator/Interpreter) / Business Management / SME Management.
  • Flexible and stress-resistant;
  • Professional focused on customers and results;
  • Punctual actor with a sense of order and meticulousness
  • Person with team spirit and social skills
  • Knowledge of languages: Trilingual (FR/NL/EN) required
  • Ccomputer knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • The candidate lives at max 50 km from the office (Kortenberg).
  • Experience in ERP software is a plus
